"I came to the Saddleback Valley in 1973 to work as a psychologist for the local schools. In 1982 I founded a software development company which is still in business 25 years later. Because I enjoy people more than computers, I started working with real estate clients and enjoy helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. I left the schools in the late '80's to focus full time on running my company, but I stayed involved as a parent at the district level. I've also been involved in youth sports with my children, and our family has been active within our church with youth leadership, and now with more adult focused ministries. My wife and I have been married almost 37 years, and have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. I've had the opportunity to watch the O'Neill ranch, and other land grant communities, transform into a beautifully planned valley where families can grow and enjoy a very fruitful and abundant life.
